In 1928 Francesco Lombardo established the firm, which now covers a total area of 47 hectares, 30 of which cultivated with olive trees, 10 with vineyards, 5 with citrus groves and 2 used for the sowing of new vineyards. Antonino has been managing the firm for more than 50 years now, while Francesco runs it with the same quality and tradition while ensuring ongoing innovation with the help of his wife Francesca.

Within the framework of an integrated agricultural project, the firm participates in an EU program aimed at cutting the use of phytosanitary products to ensure environmental protection and the safeguard of consumer health.

An enologist and professional olive oil taster, Francesco Lombardo is always up-to-date on the latest methods developed in the sector and he closely follows his firm by personally supervising every single production phase ranging from the pruning, through the picking, to the product's packaging.
He chooses with great care his assistants who must share the same love he has for his land.
